What We Offer

Sign-on Bonus up to $30,000 and Relocation up to $7,500

As a Cardiac Pre and Post Procedure Registered Nurse, you'll support a 24 bed unit providing specialized care to patients with a variety of cardiac diagnoses.

  • Department: Cardiac Pre/Post Procedure
  • Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Nightshift (7pm - 7am)

What You'll Do

  • The Cardiac Pre‑ and Post‑Procedure Unit provides comprehensive care for patients with heart failure, those recovering from CAS (coronary artery stenting) procedures, and individuals undergoing complex cardiac interventions. Our services include EKG monitoring, intravenous vasoactive medication administration, NSTEMI (non-ST‑elevation myocardial infarction) treatment, peri‑operative support for permanent pacemaker placement, and management of cardiac arrhythmias.
  • The Registered Nurse will prioritize building genuine, personalized relationships with each patient and their chosen support network.
  • Through close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, we assess, plan, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized care strategies.
  • Grounded in the latest scientific evidence and deep empathy, we guide patients through every step of their cardiac health journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • One-year relevant experience, preferred.
