UNC Health Wayne is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple units. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a new grad (graduating in December 2025), we offer a supportive environment where you can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care using independent clinical judgment
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Prioritize and document care using the nursing process
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teammates
• Participate in emergency response and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact license)
• BLS required; additional certifications may be needed per department
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience a plus

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and emergency coverage
