Our Emergency Department is a rural, 20-bed unit focused on delivering patient-centered care in a supportive and friendly environment. Work-life balance is important to us, and we proudly offer self-scheduling. How you'll contribute 

A Registered Nurse who excels in this role: 

- Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs 

- Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings

 - Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care 

- Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record 

- Develops, implements, and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient

What we're looking for 

- Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required 

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire 

-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire 

- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred 

- One year of RN experience as an Emergency Department RN required.
