Excited to share the release of newly published IBM Corporate Health and Safety (CH&S) Team’s book The IBM Covid-19 Compendium: A Practical Approach to Effective Pandemic and Crisis Management. My colleagues and I are very excited to see this book published and we hope that our testimonies and experiences will help provide a template for companies, large or small, to manage not just future pandemics quickly and flexibly, but also help prepare for the next large-scale global emergency, natural tragedy, or man-made disaster.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to lead/co-author several chapters of this wonderful body of work, including chapters:
(5) Contact Tracing, Testing, and Medical Case Management of COVID-19 Cases
(17) Long COVID: Medical Support and Claims (Long-Term and Short-Term Disability)
(33) COVID-19 Surges and Outbreak Support and Response- United States
(43) Vaccination Campaign Efforts: First Series, Boosters, and Beyond- United States
(53) Reflections and Lessons Learned from the Global Medical Team- United states
