Preconference, Board of Directors Meeting and Accommodations

Important Changes for this Conference

Preconference starts in the morning.       Board of Directors’ Meeting starts in the afternoon.

 

Preconference

Date: Wednesday March 25, 2026

Location: Carteret Community College Hospitality & Culinary Arts Center

                  3505 Arendell St. Morehead City, NC 28557     

Time: 10am – 2pm

The preconference is 18 miles from Gaffers Conference Center. There is no need to go to Gaffers until the afternoon for the President’s Reception at 5:30; unless you are attending the Board of Directors’ meeting.

 

 

Board of Directors’ Meeting

Date: Wednesday March 25, 2026

Location: Gaffers Conference Center at Star Hill Golf Club

    202 Club House Dr, Cape Carteret, NC 28584

Time:  3 – 5 pm

 

 

Accommodations

Attendees will make their own accommodations.

There are many options in the area, hotels, Airbnb’s, cottages on the beach etc! See some hotel options below. Gaffers conference center is a short drive from the beach and the surrounding area hotels where you may choose to stay.
